REGISTRATION AND PASSES

Virtual vs In-Person?

At the moment we are NOT offering virtual tickets.

Our GA ticket includes access to the crypto luxury plaza, welcome brunch, artist performances, panel sessions, immersive visual experience, and lifetime access to event app. It only gets more luxurious from there! Get your ticket here.

Do you offer 1-Day Passes?

Unfortunately, we do not. There are so many great things happening at Reinvent Yourself with Crypto that we don’t want you to miss a minute of it. With that in mind, we only offer passes for all 3 days of the show.

Can I give someone my ticket?

Yes! If you purchased a ticket but cannot make it, you can gift your ticket to someone else 48 hours before the event. Email us using subject line TICKET TRANSFER email: mail@flourishmediaco.com

How do I upgrade my ticket?

We don’t blame you for wanting to get the MOST out of Reinvent Yourself with Crypto! To get upgraded all you have to do is email mail@flourishmediaco.com your upgrade request. Complete the upgrade payment through the link support sends over.

I’m bringing a colleague to the show, but I’m not sure who will be joining me. Can I get a placeholder ticket?

While you can register someone with a placeholder name, each registration needs a unique email address. Don’t worry though, you can always update your information at the registration area.

I have a group of people I want to go to the show with, can I get any discounts?

The short answer is yes! We know everything is more fun with a group, and Reinvent Yourself with Crypto is no exception. We have group discounts starting at parties of 10 people or more. Just reach out to mail@flourishmediaco.com and we’ll have you networking in no time.

Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

Yes. Please note, however, that once your badge has been printed at the event, we cannot transfer it to someone else.

I am from another country. How do I get a Visa for the show?

While we can’t help you through the whole process, we can provide you with a Visa invitation letter for you to attach to your application. Please email mail@flourishmediaco.com with your full name, passport number, date of birth, passport expiration date and country of issue and we can draft this letter for you.

Where do I get my receipt?

You will receive a confirmation email when you register for the show. That should have everything you need for your accounting records. This is an educational event so it’s tax deductible. If you can’t find your receipt, email mail@flourishmediaco.com

How do I get my invoice for a group over 10 people?

Please email mail@flourishmediaco.com with your company name and billing address to receive an invoice for your purchase.

I can’t find my confirmation email! What should I do?

Don’t you hate when that happens?! We’ve got you covered! Should you misplace your ticket, we can always look you up in the system on our end when you arrive at registration check-in. You can also let us know by sending us an email and we can resend it to you.

I found a typo in my registration! What should I do?

You can make any adjustments to your registration when you check-in at registration. Making an adjustment before the show starts? No problem! Just shoot us an email mail@flourishmediaco.com requesting your changes and we’ll make it happen!

How do I get my badge for the show?

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email (please double check your spam folder). We will give your badge with a face mask at registration on site in Miami, Florida.

I lost my badge on-site, can I get a replacement?

Talk about killing the vibe... but this rule is very important to us. Should you misplace or forget your badge, we cannot reprint it for you. We don’t want anyone walking around pretending to be you! So once you have your badge, keep a close eye on it!

REFUNDS & PAYMENTS

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept the following card payments: Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover.

My card payment wasn’t accepted. What should I do?

We have found this is usually down to the billing address not matching the card you are paying with. Could it be a different one? If not please join our group calls.

I can’t make it to the show, can I get a refund?

At this time it is hard to know what the future holds, therefore we are willing to work with you. We want you to feel assured that should your ability to attend. Reinvent Yourself with Crypto in-person change there are options available, you can either:

• Cancel your ticket to Reinvent Yourself with Crypto up to 30 days before the event to receive a full refund minus hotel fees from the Loews Miami Beach.

• Transfer your tickets for free to the next Bitcoin Rodney Presents Event

Please contact us at mail@flourishmediaco.com if you are unable to attend Reinvent Yourself with Crypto and we will be happy to find the best option for you. You can check out our full Terms & Conditions here.

The show was postponed. What happens to my ticket?

As per our force majeure clause, if we have to postpone the event to another date in the year, we will automatically transfer all tickets to the new show dates. If the new dates don’t work for you, please mail@flourishmediaco.com to learn more about your options.

My travel visa was declined. Can I get a refund?

If you are denied a Visa application please contact mail@flourishmediaco.com within one week from the rejection and we will be able to offer a full refund.  

WHAT ARE WE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE

What additional safety measures are you putting in place in light of Covid-19?

We want you to have a great time at Reinvent Yourself with Crypto and that means keeping you safe and happy! Health and safety guidelines have changed A LOT over the past few months.  We are closely monitoring all government  guidelines, regulations and advice. All Health & Safety measures implemented at Reinvent Yourself with Crypto will be in accordance with this.

The health and safety of our attendees is our NUMBER ONE priority. And while we’re confident that we can safely run Reinvent Yourself with Crypto, we’ll be constantly monitoring the situation and adapting to all state required protocols. I don’t feel comfortable attending in person. Will there be a digital option for Reinvent Yourself with Crypto?

No. Virtual tickets are not available at this time.

Will I receive a refund if I can’t go to the event because I test positive?

Yes! Please contact us at mail@flourishmediaco.com if you are unable to attend Reinvent Yourself with Crypto because you have tested positive for Covid-19, we will be happy to provide a full refund for you. You will need to provide evidence of your positive test.

Alternatively, you can transfer your tickets for free to the next Bitcoin Rodney Present Event.

What are the Health & Safety requirements for attending Reinvent Yourself with Crypto?

We are asking guest to be fully vaccinated two weeks before the show or have had negative test results within 72 hours of arrival to the show.

Whilst we will not check for proof by all attendees, spot checks will be in place. So please have your vaccination card or negative test available onsite.

Full details on requirements listed below:

• Full vaccination is defined as completion of the two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine administered at least two weeks in advance of the event.

• Negative Test results must have been received 72 hours of their arrival at the event.

• All international attendees must provide proof of a negative test to their airline (please see the question below for more details).

• Attendees won’t have to social distance (but it’s ok if you want to)!

I’m travelling from overseas. What are my Health & Safety travel requirements?

All international attendees travelling into the US will need to provide proof of a negative test to their airline, to learn more visit the CDC website.

It’s also recommended that you are vaccinated (see the list of FDA approved vaccines here), but if you’re not vaccinated, you can still enter the US and quarantine for up to 10 days on arrival.

It is advised to check that your country is permitted to fly into the US and to review all requirements in place for your travel destinations.

Are there any consequences for falsification of vaccine status or testing?

Vaccination record cards are intended to provide recipients of the COVID-19 vaccine with information about the type of vaccine they received, and when they may be able to receive a second dose of the vaccine. By misrepresenting yourself as vaccinated, you put yourself and others around you at risk of contracting COVID-19.

Additionally, the unauthorized use of an official government agency’s seal (such as HHS or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)) is a crime.

Are you offering COVID testing onsite?

Unfortunately, we will not provide tests onsite. However, there are multiple testing sites nearby the Loews Miami Beach! You can search for the best location near you here.

Do I need to wear a mask onsite?

Yes. As it currently stands, the Loews Miami Beach requires face coverings indoors. As information is changing regularly at the moment, we will be making a decision based on the guidance nearer the event.

What happens if I feel unwell onsite?

Please contact event staff or Flourish Media at registration immediately. We will have a wellness space available onsite and can provide local healthcare provider information. If you feel unwell before coming to the event, please don’t come to the event and reach out to us ASAP.

What happens if I test positive during the show and/or up to 14 days after the show?

If you test positive, please contact Flourish Media to inform them as soon as possible – they will be located at the registration desk onsite. You can also reach them by email mail@flourishmediaco.com .

AGENDA

Where can I find the agenda?

Flourish Media is working hard confirming our line-up for November to make sure that the topics get you to the money faster!

Keep checking our website for all agenda updates which will be posted on our website.

What time does the event open each day?

Doors open at 10:00am ET both days. On, Friday, November 19, we will end when the artist is finished. On Saturday, November 20, the closing is scheduled for 5:00pm ET.

What time does registration open each day?

Pre registration for VIPs is Thursday, November 18 at 5pm-6:30pm. You can collect your badge at our registration desk at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.

Registration opens on Friday, November 19 at 9:00am and 10am on Saturday, November 20.

Can I attend any session at the show?

No. Your access is granted by your ticket level. All tickets have access to sessions on the mainstage.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes! And recordings will be available to purchase. You can rewatch all sessions so you don’t miss ANYTHING: afterall, you can’t be in multiple places at once in-person. More details on how to purchase your Reinvent Yourself with Crypto recordings will be available closer to the event.

EVENT APP

How do I log in to the event app?

You will be able to access the official Bitcoin Rodney Presents app with the email address you used to complete your registration. The event app will be released days before the event and all registered attendees will receive an invitation to join as well as communications on how to best utilize the platform.

What if I don’t want to be added to the event platform?

If you prefer to handle things in person, that’s cool with us! You can opt-out of the platform at any time, keeping your profile hidden. To do so, open the app, and update your profile settings. You can also opt-out by emailing us at mail@flourishmediaco.com

HOTELS

What hotel should I stay in?

The Loews Miami Beach of course!! We have secured discounted rates. Some tickets include the hotel stay as part of the ticket price. Otherwise, you may book your room directly here.

What will happen with my hotel reservation booked through your link?

How do I sign up for the affiliate program?

How are commissions and referrals tracked?

Referrals are attributed based on the promo code used at checkout. We cannot track purchases without the promo code. You will not be paid for tickets purchased without it.
